GenerixCare is an independent home care provider operating in towns and villages in the Herts & Beds counties. We have a simple mission: we want to help people do more, feel better and enjoy life!

As we live longer and often have increasingly complex health and social care needs, we often find we need an extra pair of hands to support our parents, relatives and neighbors.

We provide that extra pair of hands that you and/or your loved ones need at home to help you and your loved ones do more, feel better and enjoy life!

We offer a range of home care and support packages which vary according to client needs including light housekeeping and domestic cleaning packages; personal care and social support; intensive home care and social support for clients with long-term conditions and those with palliative care needs.

We are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the national regulator of health and social care services in England. We are also members of the UK Home Care Association (UKHCA) and the Hertfordshire Care Provider Association (HCPA).

Our Commitment to Quality Improvement

At Generixcare, we are proud of the progress we have made since our last Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection in 2021, where we were rated as "Requires Improvement." Taking this feedback seriously, we have worked diligently to enhance every aspect of our service.

Our efforts have been independently recognised through two successive PAMMS (Performance and Assessment of Market Management Solutions) assessments. In 2022, we showed clear signs of progress, and by our most recent assessment in 2023, we achieved an overall rating of "Good", with notable improvements across all core quality domains—including safeguarding, personalised care, and management standards.

This positive trend continued into 2025, where once again, our service was rated "Good Overall", reinforcing our commitment to high standards of care, staff development, and client satisfaction.
